Adapting to the end user.

For this small, refined hotel in the centre of Brescia, meeting the needs of an international clientele means having to cope with very different tastes and habits. An issue that overlaps with classic hotellerie issues, such as the occasional occupation of rooms and the need for immediate room temperature regulation when guests arrive; further complicated, in this case, by the need to connect the heating system to the city's district heating system. Here, the solution was found by combining a multiplicity of MORE systems: a MORE FTA low-thickness, high-speed radiant heating and cooling system, installed on the ceiling in the rooms; assisted by MORE DEA the rapid climate control and dehumidification system; coordinated by the unique MORE SET control and monitoring system. To ensure total customer wellbeing, the design basis was to ensure no air movement, quietness, and maximum responsiveness to changing external conditions or the wishes of a very demanding clientele.
